WBPSC Miscellaneous Services Vacancy Details

The recruitment drive covers various Group-B and Group-C equivalent posts, including:

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or its equivalent.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak in Bengali (not required for candidates whose mother tongue is Nepali).

Age Limit & Relaxation

• Age Range: 20 to 39 years as on 01.01.2024 (Born between 02.01.1985 and 01.01.2004).
• Relaxation:
  • SC/ST of West Bengal: 5 years
  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) of West Bengal: 3 years
  • PwBD: Up to 45 years.

Salary & Pay Scale

• Additional allowances are provided as per ROPA, 2019.

1. Preliminary Examination: Objective type screening test.
2. Final Examination: Conventional type written test.
3. Personality Test: Final merit list is based on the combined marks of the Final Examination and Personality Test.
