Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Indian nationals holding necessary educational qualifications and minimum sports norms with achievements earned on or after 01.04.2024.

• Group ‘C’ Level-4/Level-5: A University Degree or its equivalent from a recognized University.
• Group ‘C’ Level-2/Level-3: Passed class 12th (10+2 stage) or equivalent, OR Matriculation plus Course Completed Act Apprenticeship, OR 10th pass plus ITI / National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC).
• Group ‘D’ Level-1: 10th pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.

Age Limit & Relaxation

Candidates must be aged between 18 to 25 years as on 01.01.2027. No age relaxation is applicable for any category under this sports quota recruitment.

Application Fee

• UR / OBC Candidates: Rs. 500
• SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen / Women / Minorities / Economically Backward Classes: Rs. 250

Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive pay in Pay Band PB-1 Rs. 5,200-20,200 with Grade Pay ranging from Rs. 1800 to Rs. 2800 depending on the appointed post level under the 7th CPC Pay Matrix.

Selection Process

The selection procedure comprises sports trials followed by certificate (sports and educational) verification. Marks are distributed as follows out of 100 total marks: 50 marks for sports achievements, 40 marks for the trial, and 10 marks for educational qualification.
