Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the teaching faculty posts must possess academic qualifications, teaching experience, and research credentials strictly in accordance with the latest guidelines of the National Medical Commission (NMC) vide Gazette notification no. CG-DL-E-05072025-264399 dated 30.06.2025 (Table C & Table D). Valid medical council registration is mandatory.
Age Limit & Relaxation
The age limit of candidates should not exceed 69 years on the date of document verification and walk-in-interview.
Application Fee
- SC / ST / Regular ESIC Candidates / Female Candidates & Ex-Servicemen: Nil
- All Other Categories: Rs. 500/-
Mode of payment: A Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favour of “ESI Fund Account No. 1”, payable at ‘Kolkata’ from any scheduled bank must be submitted during document verification.
Salary & Pay Scale
- Professor: Rs. 2,63,070/- per month
- Associate Professor: Rs. 1,74,936/- per month
- Assistant Professor: Rs. 1,50,294/- per month
Super Specialty Teaching Faculty are also entitled to transport allowance along with DA on transport allowance as per rules. Remuneration is subject to revision matching DA rate changes as per Government of India orders.
